Does anyone have the BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe? (Discussion)

I have tried so hard to make the perfect cookie. I’ve come close a couple of times, but no cigar. Does anyone have the best chocolate chip cookie recipe that they’ve actually tried? If so, could you post it here? It would be much appreciated.

Also…how do you like your cookies? I like mine chewy and moist, usually small and flat. Quality chocolate chips make a huge difference. If you add chopped almonds they also add a nice touch.
