    Oregano. It’s not really a secret, I just blast everything I cook with tons of oregano (the real deal, not the pizza mix thingies). I don’t even know why, it’s really just a habit.

    Avocado. It goes great with most things, sandwiches especially. It adds a hint of decadence and avocados are good for you too!

    Since I love french cooking, and anything rich and delicious, butter is my secret ingredient. It enhances flavour and makes for a more decadent meal.

    I also love fresh garlic.

    “Secret” changes for me based on the dish I’m creating. One thing never changes though, secret comes from the cupboard, I rarely shop to create, I create based on what ever I have around. Always makes for an interesting dinner and almost always ensures you never have the same thing twice!!
